WicketGrid Privacy Policy

WicketGrid is developed and operated by AAA Corporates, an independent app publisher based in Pakistan. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the WicketGrid mobile application.

1. Information you enter into WicketGrid

WicketGrid lets you enter and manage cricket-related information, including:

• team names, short names, locations, logos and team contacts;
• player names, roles, jersey numbers, nationalities and optional photos;
• tournament names, dates, venues, formats, logos and rules;
• match details, squads, scores, deliveries, dismissals, notes and statistics; and
• app preferences and backup information.

This information is stored locally on your device. AAA Corporates does not operate an account service or a remote server that receives this cricket data.

If you enter information or photos relating to another person, you are responsible for having an appropriate reason or permission to do so. Do not enter unnecessary sensitive personal information.

2. Photos and files

Team logos, player photos and tournament images are optional. WicketGrid uses the device's system file picker only when you choose to select an image or restore a backup. A selected image is resized and stored with the app's local data.

WicketGrid does not request access to your camera, contacts, microphone or precise location.

3. Backups and sharing

WicketGrid allows you to create, export, share and restore backup files. These actions are initiated by you. A backup may contain teams, player details, images, tournaments, complete match data, scorecards and settings.

When you share or save a backup using another application or storage provider, that third party handles the file under its own privacy practices. Exported backup files may not be encrypted, so you should keep them private, use trusted storage, and share them only with people you trust.

AAA Corporates does not receive a copy of your backup unless you deliberately send it to us.

4. Advertising and automatically processed information

The Google Play version of WicketGrid uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. The Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google advertising partners may automatically process information such as:

• device and advertising identifiers;
• IP address and approximate location inferred from it;
• interactions with advertisements;
• app and device information; and
• diagnostic, performance and fraud-prevention information.

This information may be used to deliver and measure advertisements, limit repeated ads, prevent fraud and, where permitted, personalize advertising. Google processes advertising information in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy and its advertising technologies information.

AAA Corporates does not use Firebase Analytics, an independent analytics service, or its own tracking server in WicketGrid at the effective date of this policy. If this changes, this policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated.

5. Consent and advertising choices

Where required, WicketGrid uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request advertising consent before requesting ads. Depending on your location and choices, Google may serve personalized, non-personalized, limited or technical ads.

Where required, a privacy-options control will be available in WicketGrid so you can review or change your consent choices. You may also manage advertising privacy settings through your Android device or Google account.

6. How information is shared

AAA Corporates does not sell the cricket data you enter in WicketGrid.

Information is shared only in these circumstances:

• when you intentionally export or share a scorecard or backup;
• with Google and applicable advertising partners for advertising, measurement, consent management, security and fraud prevention; or
• when disclosure is required by applicable law.

7. Data storage, retention and deletion

Cricket data and selected images remain on your device until you edit or delete them, clear WicketGrid's data, or uninstall the application. WicketGrid provides a local data-deletion option in its settings. Uninstalling the app normally removes its app-private local data from that device.

Backups and items that you exported or shared are outside WicketGrid's control and must be deleted separately from the location or service where you saved them.

Advertising information processed by Google is retained and deleted according to Google's policies and the choices available through Google services.

Because WicketGrid does not maintain user accounts or receive your locally stored cricket database, AAA Corporates cannot remotely retrieve or delete that local data for you.

8. Data security

WicketGrid stores its main cricket database in the application's private local storage. We limit requested permissions and do not operate a cloud database for this information. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and any exported backup files.

No storage or transmission method is completely secure, and AAA Corporates cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

WicketGrid is intended for cricket scorers, players, team managers and tournament organizers aged 13 or older. It is not specifically designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly operate an account system that collects personal information directly from children under 13.

If you believe that information about a child has been entered or handled inappropriately, contact us using the address below. Information stored only on a user's device must be removed by that device's user.

10. International processing

Google and its advertising partners may process advertising information in countries other than your own. Their handling of this information is governed by their respective privacy terms and applicable safeguards.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when WicketGrid's features, service providers or legal obligations change. The updated policy will be published at the same public URL with a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated within the application where appropriate.
